All massage therapy sessions take place at Heavenly Touch massage. I do not travel to people's houses. The hours stated above are subject to change; however, 10:00 a.m. is the earliest I will begin a massage and 7:30 p.m. is the latest a massage will end. I do not work outside those hours. 

 

Massages are scheduled by appointment only. The further in advance you schedule an appointment guarantees you get the day and time that works best for you. Some days, I will have same-day appointments available, and other days I will be completely booked for that day. But, always call and check; cancellations do happen!

 

I do give courtesy calls/texts; however, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment and get a hold of me if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Lack of a courtesy call/text does not void the cancellation policy outlined below. 

 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible; if you call and no one answers the phone, please leave a voicemail. A last minute cancellation is any cancellation made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment; if you cancel last minute, you may be charged a portion of the session.  

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
